About ChocAmi

Originally, I trained as a Cordon Bleu Chef and worked in London before venturing into working aboard tall ships, travelling the world and expanding my food knowledge.

After a number of years working on the high seas, I decided it was time for a new challenge. I graduated from the University of Plymouth with a degree in Textile Design and worked as a Milliner and Art & Design Teacher in the UK and Australia.

My knowledge and experience as a chef and a designer has aided and fired my passion for creating delicious, intriguing handmade chocolates. My collections are created to enjoy with friends or, to share as an after dinner indulgence. I source my spice infusions from a small Indian based company who are passionate about creating the best flavours and spices that are sourced locally. For more information go to holylama.co.uk

All of my chocolates are hand crafted and made in small batches for exceptional quality and taste. I source my chocolate through Callebaut and Veliche.  Callebaut cocoa is ethically sourced and sustainably grown and, reinvests in sustainable cocoa farming through the Cocoa Horizons Foundation.  Veliche only uses cocoa from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ farms. In this way, it contributes to nature conservation and better social conditions in agriculture and forestry.
